Skyline Property Group currently manages 25 commercial properties in central Indiana. These properties consist of retail, flex warehouse and office spaces owned by various independent ownership groups. The properties under our management range from small office properties of less than 10,000 square feet to large retail centers of over 80,000 square feet.

Leasing and Renewals
We actively market vacancies through our extensive broker network and via technology such as LoopNet and the internet. We handle all of the details of the lease with tenants including initial LOI’s, lease negotiations, broker interaction, etc. keeping our owner clients in the loop as much or as little as they want.
We currently enjoy an occupancy rate of over 90% in our managed properties.
Tenants have one number to call for any question or concern. Tenants mail their monthly rent payments to our bank account each month, along with CAMs, taxes, insurance and other miscellaneous payments. We handle all of the collections and distributions for our owner clients.
Using Yardi financial accounting software developed specifically for real estate professionals, we handle all of the accounting for our managed properties. In addition, we provide tax and insurance statements and can even handle all financing payments.
Our professional maintenance crew provides or oversees all the services it takes to keep our managed real estate in excellent condition. From lawn maintenance to snow removal, HVAC maintenance, roof repair and parking lot issues, our experienced maintenance crew is the face of Skyline Property Group.
Our crew can also be contracted for white boxing space and for tenant build-outs. Painting and capital improvements can also be quoted and/or contracted through Skyline Property Group.
