About Skyline Property Group

Skyline Property Group LLC was formed in September 2010 to manage a large portfolio of commercial properties that a key ownership group was acquiring. Made up of a seasoned group of commercial real estate professionals, the company officially opened its doors in downtown Greenwood, IN in January 2011. Since that time, Skyline Property Group continues to grow. Skyline currently manages just under 1,000,000 square feet of commercial property throughout central Indiana, with a goal of doubling that space and expanding throughout the Midwest by the end of 2015.

Brady Clements

Brady Clements serves as President and sole managing member of Skyline Property Group. A former insurance executive with over 20 years of sales experience, Mr. Clements left his successful business insurance career to pursue commercial real estate. In his current position, Mr. Clements performs the tenant leasing, owner client relationships and sets the overall direction for the company. Mr. Clements lives with his wife and four children in the Center Grove area, where he is active in the community.

Teresa Clements

Teresa Clements is Vice President and Property Manager for Skyline Property Group. Teresa spent 15 years in various marketing roles at Bank One (now Chase Bank) before joining her husband in real estate. In her current position, Ms. Clements is in charge of marketing, tenant client relations, property management, personnel and operations. Ms. Clements lives with her husband and four children in the Center Grove area and enjoys teaching fitness classes at her local church.

Cassie Burnett

Cassie Burnett is the Corporate Accountant, overseeing all of the accounting functions of Skyline Property Group. Prior to joining Skyline, Cassie worked as Finance Officer of a company specializing in concrete construction and is a CPA with over 20 years of accounting experience. Cassie resides in the Center Grove area with her three daughters who are involved in cross-country, lacrosse, the CG Trojan band and track.

Dawn Barr

Dawn Barr serves as the Senior Project Manager of Skyline Property Group. She has worked in office management and administration for over 20 years. In her current position, Mrs. Barr is responsible for tenant leasing renewals, tenant receivables, annual operating expense budget, property Pro Forma’s, and is the overall point person for all tenant-based projects.

A.J. Varns serves as the Maintenance Coordinator of Skyline Property Group. With 10 years in the Commercial Construction and Maintenance industry, Mr. Varns is able to meet any and all needs and expectations of Skyline’s tenant clients. In his current position, Mr. Varns performs all of the day-to-day operations of the properties in terms of grounds maintenance and overall customer service. Mr. Varns lives with his wife and daughter in the Center Grove area.
